How long will my order take?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days.

We ship by Australia Post eParcel; the delivery time will vary depending on your location but Australia Post estimate 5 - 7 working days.

Please allow extra time for processing and for Australia post to deliver your parcel at peak times like Christmas and Easter. 

Can I change an item in my order?

If you wish to change or cancel any item after placing your order, and before it has shipped, please contact us. We will cancel your original order and issue you with a credit voucher to use against your new order.

Are all your products in stock?

Yes! If you can add an item to your basket we have it in stock at our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland ready to ship to you.

Very rarely we may unexpectedly run out of something after you have placed your order. Should this happen, we'll refund you. Sometimes we may also put a popular item on 'pre-order'; this means that you can secure your stock before it arrives, but your full order will be held until we have it.

An item I wish to purchase is out of stock. When will it be available again?

Please click the ‘sign up’ link on the product page to be notified by email as soon as we have it again.

Can you hold items for me until everything I want is in stock?

We cannot hold products. We have a vey wide product range and it is not possible to have all current items in stock at the same time. If some of the things you hope to buy are not available, please place separate orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal.

Do you offer lay-by?

At present we do not offer lay-by.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we currently only ship within Australia.

I’ve changed my mind. How do I return an item from my order?

You are welcome to return any of our items within 7 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please package up your item securely and ship it by registered post or courier to Home and Body Returns, 133 Oxford Street Bulimba QLD 4171, with a copy of your invoice and an explanatory note. Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging. We will send you a store credit for the cost of the item.

Some items are not eligible for return including, but not limited to, items purchased on sale, custom order items, bulky items, marquee lights, furniture, magazines, books, hosiery, food products and balloons.

Can I exchange clothes/shoes for another size if they don't fit?

Yes! Please package up your item securely and ship it by registered post or courier to Home and Body Returns, 133 Oxford Street Bulimba QLD 4171,, with a copy of your invoice and a request for a different size. We'll ship you out the new item at no charge. If your desired size is not available we'll issue you with a credit. Please note that we can only exchange an item for free once; if you wish to exchange it a second time you will need to pay a further shipping charge. Free exchanges are only on clothing and shoes. Please see above 'I've changed my mind' for our returns policy on other items.

I received a faulty item. What now?

If your item arrives in a faulty condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for details of how to return your item for a simple replacement or refund. We'll do our best to sort things out for you asap! Please note that we are unable to refund/replace items that are lost or damaged in transit, unless you have chosen an insured shipping method.

What happens to 'return to sender' parcels?

Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender' there is a $25 Australia Post fee to send it to you again. Similarly, if you return unwanted items to us by 'return to sender' a fee of $25 will be deducted from your credit.

Can I contact you by phone?

We prefer you to email us for several reasons: firstly, email is more efficient and it frees up our busy team to pick and pack your order as quickly as possible. Secondly, email means that we have a full record of your query to refer to should we (or you) need to in future. Please use the contact form for all correspondence.
