One of my favourite artists, Alasdair Macintyre, is having an exhibition at Sullivan and Strumpf gallery in Sydney. His sculptures are sort of pop art animation for lack of a better description. I first saw his work in 2006 at the Melbourne Art Fair and I love it. So quirky, they just really sing to me. If you are in Sydney do yourself a favour and have a look.
If not in the Sydney area… here is the website for the gallery who represents him, they have an excellent archive of his work and reviews too. http://www.ssfa.com.au/

Very cool, quite moving for such little objects, wish I could see the show in Sydney.
